Do you charge travel fees for events outside Houston?
We include travel costs in our initial quote and work with clients to keep everything transparent.
Can you work with a venue you’ve never been to before?
Absolutely. We scout new locations ahead of time and coordinate directly with the venue team to ensure seamless setup.
Do you bring your own linens and bartenders, or use venue staff?
We provide our own TABC-certified bartenders and décor options. We’ll coordinate with venue staff when needed.
How early should we book you for a Hill Country or out-of-town event?
As early as possible. We often book 6–12 months out for destination-style events.
